Be wary of any unexpected emails or calls. Ask yourself whether there’s anything suspicious about them.

  • Check the email domain

All official emails will come from brookgreensupply.com. If the domain is different, it’s not from us.

  • Spot the red flags

If a message claiming to be from Brook Green Supply uses urgent or aggressive language, that’s a warning sign. We will never pressure you to act quickly.

  • Verify the caller
Should a call ever raise any doubts, the safest thing to do is hang up and call us back.

Yes, you can. Our new connections team can get everything arranged so your supply is live from the day you move in. For more details, visit our new connections page or get in touch with us directly.

Electricity: If you have an emergency with your electricity supply, call 105. This free, 24-hour number will put you straight through to your local Distribution Network Operator (DNO) or Independent Distribution Network Operator (IDNO).

Gas: If you smell gas or suspect a leak, call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately. This line is also free and available 24/7.
