Obviously, we hope that you need never to make a complaint. Should you, nevertheless, believe that you have either be treated in a non-professional manner or have any other concern regarding Brook Green Supply, we urge you to please bring the issue to our attention.

Please call our Business Support Team at 020 7870 4940 (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm); or, email us at complaint@brookgreensupply.com. Issues are resolved after the initial contact. If it is not resolved during your initial contact, we will issue you a complaint reference number and the name of a dedicated support team member who will keep you informed throughout.

In the event that you are not satisfied, your case will be escalated to our Director of Business Support.

Upon review of your complaint, we may write to you to:

  • Apologies
  • Share our findings and why they occurred
  • What actions we have taken to put things right
  • List any next steps
  • Provide compensation (if applicable)
